That's the idea behind XMod Games for Android, an app from which we can access a wide range of game mods for smartphones and tablets that we can resort to if we need some help. How XMod works

To use this app, that also comes along with a version for iPhone, you obviously have to download the APK to your device. However, you'll need superuser permissions. In other words, you'll need to root your Android device.

Once you run the app, you'll see a list of games that have mods available to be downloaded (and don't forget that they're free). You'll be able to download them and patch the games you've installed. Once done, you'll be able to check how different improvements are applied to your games.

For instance, if you're playing Pokémon GO there are modifications to simulate world geopositioning, fact that will allow you to catch creatures from all over the planet. There are other mods for Clash Royale that will allow you to view how much elixir your rival has and, therefore, know when to attack... all in all, they allow you to gain time, polish your gaming techniques and even steal resources from your rivals.

Whether it's lawful to use them or not, we're not going to enter that discussion when it's down to individual games because at the end of the day you're playing solo... however, in online multiplayer games like those developed by Supercell, there's no fair play there. It's like cheating during a card game. On the other hand, there are games that detect whether you use these techniques and can ban you from their servers.

For the time being, the latest version available is 2.3.5, although 2.3.6 won't take too long to be released to improve the range of cheats for your mobile video games. So now that you know, here's a cheat machine, cheat engine or however you want to call it ready to be downloaded...
